Photos of tourists in Thailand. The most beautiful photos of Thailand that we took during our six months of living in Pattaya

Everyone celebrates such round dates in their own way. Someone sums up the financial results, someone lists the achievements, someone shares with the world the great wisdom that he has gained during this period. We will celebrate our round date (six months of living abroad) beautifully - with a selection of the best photos of Thailand that we have taken during this time!

Since we moved to live in Thailand, many things have happened. We visited beautiful beaches, saw a lot of sights, went to Bangkok and Chiang Mai, traveled to Singapore, Laos and Bali (where we are now) ... And we also managed to fall in love and fall out of love with Thai cuisine, Olya started, and I managed without diets) ))

In general, to tell everything, you just need a huge article! Therefore, we decided not to load you with letters, but to please your eye with a selection of the most interesting photo of thailand which we have done in six months. After all, not only when traveling around Thailand, but also just in many walks along the streets, we do not part with the camera. So cool photos of Pattaya, beaches and islands of Thailand, as well as photos of Bangkok and other beautiful places, we have in abundance))

Everything, as promised, I stop torturing you with letters! So rather congratulate us on half a year (some word) of life in Pattaya, it's time see photos of Thailand!)))

... And we will begin our selection, of course, with photos of the beaches of Thailand. It is 50 km from Pattaya. For six months of life in Thailand, we visited there twice.

Photos of the beaches of Pattaya. Main advantage Hat Nang Ram beach– not only white sand and beautiful landscapes. The point is also that few people know about it, and there are not very many people there yet.

We drive about 30 km towards Pattaya, and ... Of all the photos of the beaches of Pattaya, this is perhaps my favorite:

Thailand, Pattaya, photos of beaches: sunset in Bang Saray village. By the way, have you seen it?

We will return to the sea, but for now I propose to move to the capital of Thailand. We took this amazing photo of Bangkok from the height of Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). In frame - Wat Po (Temple of the Reclining Buddha).

Thailand, Bangkok, photo of the city panorama from the height of the Wat Arun temple.

And here is myself wat arun:

Photo of night Bangkok: Wat Arun, temple of dawn.

Have you noticed that none of the photos are of us? Fixing it!)) When we went on a bike tour, we discovered Pattaya from the other side. We have done a lot photos of Pattaya attractions from interesting and unexpected angles. And in general, we discovered new sights of Pattaya.

Thailand, attractions: a photo of a wooden house, or a temple near Pattaya.

Let's cool down after a hot bike ride under the scorching sun in the shade of a Christmas tree!)) This photo was taken the day before New Year in Thailand. All the streets of Pattaya were then decorated with Christmas trees, which for some reason looked very harmoniously against the backdrop of palm trees)) You can see a photo gallery of harmonious Christmas trees on the streets of Pattaya. And the story of how drunk Arshavin took food from me on New Year's Eve, I advise)))

New Year in Thailand: a photo of a giant Christmas tree in the middle of Pattaya, around which boys dressed as girls' hares danced around at night.

And now, ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce to you: Emerald Buddha himself! Yes, yes, the one from Bangkok, in honor of which it was built (Wat Phra Kaew) and which it is forbidden to photograph. Yes, I am very ashamed. What kind of dirty trick you will not do for the sake of dear readers)))

Code of Conduct for Buddhist Temples in Thailand. By the way, nothing is said about photographing the Buddha)))

Bangkok attractions: the same Emerald Buddha at Wat Phra Kaew photographed on the sly.

And here is Temple of the Emerald Buddha in Bangkok. It's not allowed to take pictures of him.

Temples of Bangkok, photo: Temple of the Emerald Buddha(Wat Phra Kaew). The main Buddhist temple in Thailand and around the world.

And completes our short trip around the capital of Thailand photo of night bangkok from high Baiyoke sky hotels(Baiyoke sky hotel). By the way, Baiyoke Sky is 309 meters high, but the observation platform from which you can take panoramic photos of Bangkok is located at an altitude of about 250 meters.

Other breathtaking photos of Bangkok from a bird's eye view.

Thailand Bangkok: night views of Bangkok from the height of the Baiyoke Sky Hotel.

And now, as promised, we will again be transported to the sea! My favorite photo of the island of Koh Lan, where we went to swim from Pattaya a couple of times.

Koh Lan Beaches: Samae Beach. It is considered the most Russian beach on the island - even the Russian flag is installed there.

Here is another photo taken during the bike tour - undoubtedly the best tour in Pattaya. Soon we will publish the story and photos. And this photo of the Temple of Truth in Pattaya made from an unusual pier, where Burmese guest workers hang out for 300 baht a day, and where the foot of a white man very rarely steps. Well, are you intrigued?

And finally - night Pattaya, photo from Buddha Hill.

Thailand resort photos

Bangkok

Bangkok is, of course, not a resort in the full sense of the word, but to come to Thailand and not see this amazing city means not to see the very heart of this country.

The capital has preserved the past of Thailand in the form of 400 ancient Buddhist temples with unique artifacts and shrines, it contains the life of a real modern city - a variety of shops, zoos, aquariums, clubs and entertainment centers.

In places, Bangkok resembles pictures from futuristic films - skyscrapers, modern urban design and complex interweaving of roads. Bangkok is a magnificent eclecticism of the historical past, carefully preserved by the Thais, and a modern city with a developed infrastructure and business.

Kanchanburi

Kanchanburi is one of the largest provinces in Thailand, which is located on the border with Myanmar and does not have direct access to the sea coast. Kanchanburi attracts tourists with its historical monuments and unique natural resources of Erawan, Lam Khlong Ngu, Sai Yok and Chalem Rattanakosin National Parks.

There are no hot sandy beaches here, but there are beautiful waterfalls and mysterious caves, historical and archaeological museums.

Tourists in Kanchanburi are offered trips on rafts and kayaks along rivers and lakes, fishing, hiking in the jungle, flying on mini-planes, and for nightlife lovers there are nightclubs, bars and discos.

Khao Lak

Khao Lak is a resort located on the western tip of the Malaka Peninsula, which goes into the Andaman Sea. A distinctive feature of this resort is that it is surrounded by national natural parks from the land and the beautiful Phang Nga Bay from the sea.

The territory of Khao Lak has recently begun to be developed by the tourism business and everything here is built on the principle of harmony with nature.

The purest milky white beaches, bungalows on the beach, mountain ranges, mysterious islands, the beauty of the surrounding nature and the underwater world - this is the beauty of a holiday in Khao Lak.

Koh Chang

Koh Chang is an island in the Gulf of Thailand covered with tropical jungles, rubber plantations and chic orchards. The tourist infrastructure here is adjacent to the usual life of local fishermen and farmers.

There are wonderful beaches for swimming and sunbathing, excellent diving sites and the opportunity to visit the villages of local residents, but the main attraction of the island can rightly be called pristine nature.

On Koh Chang, you can walk through the flowering gardens of exotic trees, taste seafood delicacies and a variety of fruits, visit waterfalls, Buddhist temples and a national park where elephants, deer, black bears and a variety of birds meet.

Krabi

Krabi is a maritime province with the capital of the same name, which is located on the western coast of the Andaman Sea and includes not only the coastline, but also more than 130 islands. Krabi is famous for its clear sea, sandy and shell beaches, virgin nature, rocky limestone mountains, waterfalls, mangroves, coral reefs and amazingly beautiful landscapes.

There is an opportunity for both quiet passive recreation and active sports entertainment.

The beauty of the underwater world and the many surrounding islands have given rise to the development of diving, and the rocky shores and foothills are used for rock climbing, and these places are also loved by surfers and lovers of water caves. In addition to all of the above, there are also hot springs in the Khao Phnom Bench National Park.

Pattaya

Pattaya is one of the most famous and popular beach resorts in Thailand. This resort is diverse, crowded and has many attractions. In the area of the coastal strip there is a huge number of hotels and guest houses for every taste and financial possibilities.

The beaches of Pattaya abound with entertainment, it is not in vain that they say that this is the noisiest and "party" resort in Thailand. Discos, night clubs, restaurants, entertainment shows and a host of all kinds of pleasures are at the disposal of vacationers.

For connoisseurs of attractions, there are also activities - the famous Nong Chung Botanical Garden with a unique collection of orchids, Wat Yan temples, the Temple of Truth and the Temple of Destiny, a rock park with a crocodile farm, the Si Racha Tiger Zoo and this is just some of the amazing places in this province.

Phuket

Phuket is the largest island in Thailand and, without exaggeration, the most respectable and popular resort of the Andaman Sea today. In fact, the island of Phuket is a lot of resorts that are separated by lines of beaches and will satisfy the taste of both lovers of night discos and adherents of a quiet secluded holiday.

The beaches of Phuket differ from each other in the specifics of the recreation provided, and the audience. The island has beaches for youth companies with a noisy nightlife and a network of entertainment venues. There are quiet and cozy places for solitude and family vacations away from foot life, there are beaches for divers and snorkelers, etc.

Phuket has its own interesting sights - the temple complexes of Wat Phra Thong, Wat Sirey and Wat Chalong, the statue of the Big Buddha, Bangpe waterfalls, Ton Prai and Ton Sai, an open-air zoo, a sea center, a botanical garden, a butterfly garden and many other sightseeing tours and wonderful places. Phuket is able to satisfy a variety of requests and needs of tourists.

Rayong and Koh Samet

Rayong and Koh Samet is a province in the east of the Gulf of Thailand with many islands, of which the most famous is Koh Samet.

The main priority of this resort is the national reserve with exotic animals living there and unique mineral and geothermal sources.

Koh Samet is famous for its white sand beaches and beautiful waterfalls. You can stay here both in luxury hotels and in romantic beach bungalows.

Koh Samui

Koh Samui is an island off the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. The resort of Koh Samui is notable for its uncrowded and cleanest beaches with white coral sand and huge coconut groves, "Koh Samui" in Thai means the island of cokes.

There are three main beaches on the island, Chaweng Beach - for lovers of noisy parties and parties, Maenam Beach - quiet, clean and secluded, suitable for families and couples in love, Lamai Beach - sharpened for sports and recreation, there are many spas, yoga courses and meditation and sports activities.

Of the excursions to Koh Samui, interesting are butterfly and snake farms, elephant rides, the Temple of the Sitting Buddha, the aquarium and the Tiger Zoo, waterfalls and the Golden Pool National Marine Park.

Hua hin

Hua Hin is one of the first resorts in Thailand, which is very fond of the people of Bangkok. Hua Hin is two islands in the Gulf of Thailand connected by a bridge.

For a long time, this resort was considered a place of elite recreation, but now it is available to all tourists.

On Hua Hin, you can retire, away from civilization and noisy nightlife. The islands are replete with historical, architectural and natural attractions - the temple on the Mirror Mountain, the palace of Rama VII Klai Kangwon, the ancient Polynesian settlements of Fa'ahia and Waito'otia, botanical gardens, an elephant village, hand-feeding ocean fish and sharks, waterfalls, vanilla plantations.

Resorts in Thailand are so numerous and varied, each province has its own tourist features. Every tourist, even with the highest requirements, will find a worthy, comfortable and interesting vacation.

Thailand is the dream of all travelers - those who explore unexplored corners on their own, and those who buy travel packages. In Thailand, you can see almost everything: unearthly landscapes, crystal clear water, old temples, wildlife and hospitable people. See 30 places to visit in Thailand.
