By simple arithmetic calculations, we come to the conclusion that the payback of housing will take at least 19 years. According to the calculations of experts, it turns out what is profitable to rent shopping areas. Of course, we are talking about liquid objects located in the central districts of the capital and made at a high quality level of execution. In sleeping areas, there will be no such significant difference.

At the same time, investments in commercial real estate have certain risks, since they are more susceptible to the impact of economic downturns. In addition, investments in commercial real estate carry other risks and difficulties: you can simply incorrectly determine the optimal investment of money and acquire an initially illiquid object. In addition, the paperwork for commercial real estate is more complicated than for residential properties.

The cost of renovating a commercial property is much higher compared to a residential apartment. The same can be said for taxes.
