These are mainly labor migrants who prefer to settle in the province where cheaper housing. The British and the Germans, on the contrary, live on the islands and the Mediterranean coast (here is cheaper and more pleasant to spend time on pensions). Russians, which in Spain about 70 thousand come about the same. Among them are a lot of real estate owners by the sea: buying a house worth higher than half a million euros, you can get a five-year residence permit for the whole family.
