Beaujolais Nouveau - the only wine of Borrowola

Bargola's winery region, which is located in the historic part of Burgundy, but whose wines do not have the right to be called Burgundy, produces, of course, not only young light wines of Borrowla Nuvo.

The region is divided into 12 appellands: Beaujolais, Beaujolais Villages - the most famous in the world, but at the same time the simplest, and 10 Cru - Brully, Chenas, Fleurie, Saint-Amour, Cote de Brouilly, Chirubles, Morgon, Moulin-A-Vent, REGNIE, JULIENAS.

Wine Cru is considered to be diamonds in the Crown of Borrow. These wines have an excerpt potential from 7 to 10 years.

Young wine, which is starting to plug into the third Thursday of November, are made only in Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages. At the same time, all the fault of the region is monosortion, that is, made from one variety - black game. But despite this, the wines are completely different.

Beaujolais Nuvo is most of all in France

The French, of course, drink Borrowola Nuoovo, but preference gives more interesting wines. But the main importer of this wine is Japan, which buys about 8 million bottles per year. Next, the list is Americans, they buy three times smaller. It is also interesting that because of the time difference it turns out that Japan is the first and whips off the bottles with young wine, ahead of traditional spout in Borrowla.

Beaujolais Nouveau is a synonym for young wine

In many European countries, there are young wines that even sometimes accompany the same holidays, for example, Novello in Italy. Austria, Spain, and, interestingly, in other wine-growing regions of France also have its own wines.

But only Beaujolais Nouveau was properly popular, and now in the head, many people have a clear relationship between young wine and Beaujolais Nouveau.

Only red wine do in Borrowla

Of course, the region's fame received precisely thanks to red wines. And few know that in the territory of the region there are also vineyards, where they grow Chardonnay, which even be occupied by about 200 hectares - it is 5% of all produced wines, but still there exist there.

White wine Borrowola is distinguished by fresh fruit-floral aroma, and in taste you can catch a tone of a toasted toxte with butter.

Bezolai Nouveau - poor-quality wine from wine materials, unsuitable for use

The young wine and the truth cannot boast of excellent quality and deep taste. And it does not pretend at all. But the conversations about the fact that this wine do not according to the rules or from the wine materials are groundless. Another thing is that Beaujolais Nouveau has a specific vinification process with carbon dioxide maceration. Grapes are placed in the fermentation Chan and closed tightly with a lid. Under the weight of the clouds, the lower berries begin to burst, causing fermentation.

Meanwhile, carbon dioxide is distinguished, which rises upstairs and causes fermentation of the upper layers of grapes. After that, grapes are pressed, further fermentation usually lasts about a month, after which the wine is bottled.
